Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Bello Luxury Living, every order is important to us. We strive to support our customers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless experience.
Returns
If you purchase from Bello Luxury Living, you are buying a custom piece of furniture tailored uniquely to your specifications. As all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns unless:
- The item is faulty.
- We have delivered the incorrect product.
If you believe your item falls into either of these categories, please contact our Customer Services Team at 0333 577 9887 within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of any damage or imperfections to determine the best course of action.
Where a return is deemed appropriate, we will coordinate a collection at no cost to you, following our current delivery schedule. You do not need to disassemble your product for collection; however, we kindly request that it remains in the same condition as it was delivered.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if production has not commenced in any way.
- Once production begins, customers can cancel their order if they wish, but a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- This covers the cost of raw materials, administrative processes, and production time already committed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after delivery unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled if they have already started production.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it promptly, either immediately or once the returned goods have arrived back at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 7 to 14 days to appear in your account.
Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to accept your delivery during the agreed 4-hour time slot, we reserve the right to charge a £75 redelivery fee. Any rescheduled delivery will align with our rolling delivery schedule, van availability, and capacity in your area.
