How long will it take to receive my handcrafted bed?
Our handcrafted beds are typically delivered within 3-6 weeks. However, most of our deliveries are completed within 2-4 weeks once your order has been processed and production begins.
Are the products inspected before delivery?
Yes, all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. While we ensure every product is carefully inspected, slight scuffs or marks may occur during transit. We assure you that all items are sent out in pristine condition from our facility.
What are the delivery charges?
- Standard delivery to Mainland UK: FREE (Excluding remote areas)
- Delivery to the room of your choice: £50
- Two-man delivery and assembly: £100 (Excluding remote areas)
- For deliveries outside the UK Mainland, additional charges apply.

Free delivery to most of the UK mainland (see estimated time above). Remote UK areas cost extra and take 6-8 weeks. We'll let you know about any changes when you order.
Get free shipping in most of the UK. For far-off UK places, there's an extra charge, and it'll take 6-8 weeks. We'll tell you about any delivery changes when you buy.

Can I return a custom item?
Unfortunately, we operate a non-returns policy on custom items. Please carefully review your order and measurements before completing your purchase.
How should I prepare for the delivery of large furniture items?
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please check the measurements of your product and carefully consider the route it will take to its intended location. This includes accounting for:
Staircases
Tight corners
Narrow spaces
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for advice before placing your order.
What is the refund policy for canceled orders?
Cancellations of orders already in production will only be refunded partially. The refunded percentage will depend on how far along the order is in production.
